This notice explains how camera images, visible license-plate characters, and related parking records may be handled in a property-specific Accurate Monitoring program.
Effective August 9, 2026; last updated August 10, 2026. This notice applies when a participating property has selected camera-assisted monitoring, license plate recognition, plate-based authorization, or related parking documentation through Accurate Monitoring. The equipment, coverage, operating schedule, and procedures can differ by property and program.
Depending on the selected program, records may include vehicle images, visible license-plate characters, date and time, camera or observation location within the managed property, direction of travel or parking location, permit or authorization status, payment status supplied by the applicable parking system, property rules, parking notes, and records relating to a warning, appeal, dispute, or other parking action. LPR attempts to read visible plate characters; it is not facial-recognition technology.
Collection is limited to participating private properties and parking-related purposes established for the applicable program. Information may be used to administer permits, guests, residents, tenants, employees, reservations, paid parking, and time-limited spaces; compare an observed vehicle with current authorization or payment records; document a potential parking-rule issue; review an exception or dispute; support property reporting; and protect the integrity and security of the parking program.
An automated plate read or possible mismatch is not treated as perfectly accurate. Lighting, weather, glare, camera angle, motion, plate visibility, temporary tags, vehicle condition, and outdated authorization or payment records can affect results. Appropriate review may consider the source image, time and location, read confidence, current records, property rules, and documented exceptions before follow-through under the approved program.
Each participating property program should document who may access parking information, why access is needed, how access is reviewed, and which service providers are involved. Relevant information may be provided to the participating property owner or manager, an authorized parking or enforcement service provider, a payment or technology provider supporting that property, professional advisers, law enforcement, a court, or a regulator when reasonably necessary for the program or required by law. The applicable property agreement and system configuration control the exact access and responsibilities.
Each participating property program should approve a written retention schedule before collection begins. The schedule should distinguish routine observations from records connected to a warning, payment issue, authorization exception, appeal, dispute, incident, security event, or legal obligation, and should use the shortest period that supports the documented purpose. Deletion may be delayed for an active appeal, dispute, investigation, legal hold, claim, court order, or contractual or regulatory obligation. Ask the property contact or Accurate Monitoring for the schedule applicable to a specific participating property.
Accurate Monitoring uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect parking information and limit access to authorized purposes. No camera, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

A request may be limited by the property’s role, contractual obligations, recordkeeping needs, safety, an active dispute, or applicable law.
This notice does not describe general public surveillance, government-database access, or off-property vehicle tracking. It does not promise perfect plate-reading accuracy, continuous camera coverage at every property, immediate deletion, or universal availability of a specific privacy right. Property-specific instructions and applicable law remain controlling.
