Resident Portal
The resident-facing MyCommunityVIP portal is primarily for apartment-community residents. Residents can locate their community and follow the property-specific process for creating or managing a profile and registering an authorized vehicle.

Omadi provides the towing-access workflow used to coordinate with the towing company contracted for the property through Accurate Monitoring. It connects authorized management activity to the active towing provider and through to the tow-truck driver handling the assignment.

Advanced Parking Systems
Online Permitting • LPR • Pay-for-ParkParkingSnap is the primary manager portal across many Accurate Monitoring programs. This manager login also controls the MyCommunityVIP portal associated with the property and supports online permitting, license-plate-recognition workflows, pay-for-park administration, and other enhanced systems included with the account.

MyCommunityVIP separates the resident experience from authorized manager access. ParkingSnap gives managers broader control over permitting, LPR-supported workflows, and enhanced parking programs. When towing is included in the approved property process, Omadi carries the operational connection to the contracted towing company and the assigned driver. Accurate Monitoring coordinates these handoffs so the technology supports the property's approved rules.
