Use this guide to create your resident profile, complete approval, and register an authorized vehicle for your community. The exact parking rules, eligible vehicles, and community passcode come from your property management team.
Registration is available online at any time. Complete the profile first; vehicle registration becomes available after the profile is approved.
Open the Resident Portal, select Resident Profile Access, enter your community name, and choose Create Resident Profile. Use the community passcode provided by your property.
Provide the requested resident and contact information. Review your entries carefully before submitting so the property can match the profile to the correct community record.
Your property management team reviews and approves the resident profile. Watch for the approval notification and keep the new passcode or login instructions supplied in that message.
Return to Resident Profile Access, choose your community, and select Manage Resident Profile. Sign in with the profile email and one-time code, or use the approved unit and passcode option when available.
After signing in, select Add Vehicle and complete the vehicle-registration form. Enter the requested license-plate and vehicle details exactly as they appear on the vehicle and registration documents.
The portal records your resident profile and vehicle authorization. It does not replace the parking policy supplied by your community. Follow your property’s instructions for guest parking, reserved spaces, permits, visitor time limits, accessibility accommodations, temporary or replacement vehicles, and move-out updates.
Update the profile when you change vehicles, use a rental or temporary vehicle, receive a new plate, or move out. Ask management which changes require approval before parking.
For a rejected profile, missing community, passcode, approval question, or portal problem, contact your property management team first. They control eligibility and community-specific rules.
Do not share one-time codes, passcodes, or account credentials in public forms or with other residents. Use only the official portal and instructions supplied for your community.
