01Registration is not a universal authorization
Each participating property selects its own eligibility rules, parking areas, registration duration, required information, and approval process. Entering information into an unapproved form would not authorize parking, so Accurate Monitoring does not offer a public, unrestricted plate-registration form.
02Residents
Use the property-specific registration link, access code, written instructions, or manager-provided process for your community. If you changed vehicles, have a rental or temporary vehicle, or cannot access the normal process, contact property management before parking.
03Guests
Ask your resident host or the property office for the approved guest-registration instructions. Guest eligibility, allowed areas, duration, repeat-visit rules, and correction procedures vary by property. A submission does not automatically authorize parking unless the property-specific process confirms it.
04Missing your property instructions?
Contact the property manager or leasing office. Provide only the information they request through their approved process. Do not send a license plate, unit number, access code, or resident information through the property-evaluation form, which is intended for property decision-makers.
05Privacy and technology
Before using a property-specific process, review the notice presented with that process. Data collected, access, retention, and vendor involvement can differ by property program. General camera and plate information is available in the Camera and License Plate Data Notice.
