Our Approach to Reviews and Public Feedback

Accurate Monitoring welcomes honest feedback and follows a neutral, privacy-conscious process for review requests and public responses.

01

Honest experiences only

Reviews should come from people with a genuine experience involving Accurate Monitoring. We do not write reviews for customers, supply review text, ask employees or family members to pose as customers, or support false, coordinated, or misleading reviews.

02

Neutral requests

When Accurate Monitoring requests a review, the invitation is intended to be neutral and optional. We do not ask only people expected to leave favorable feedback, request a particular star rating, pressure someone to post, or route people differently based on whether they appear satisfied.

03

No review incentives

Accurate Monitoring does not offer money, discounts, gifts, service concessions, contest entries, priority treatment, or another benefit for posting, changing, or removing a review.

04

Privacy-conscious public responses

Public review responses are not the place to discuss property rules, contracts, account status, payments, residents, guests, visitors, vehicles, license plates, permits, camera records, incidents, or other identifying information. A response may direct the reviewer to a private support channel so the concern can be reviewed without exposing those details.

05

Critical feedback

A critical opinion is not removed or reported merely because it is unfavorable. Content may be reported to a platform when there is a documented reason to believe it violates that platform’s rules, such as spam, impersonation, threats, prohibited personal information, or content unrelated to a genuine experience.

06

Reviews are not a support channel

A public review may not contain enough information to identify or resolve a property-specific question. For a vehicle, payment, registration, notice, permit, or facility concern, use Motorist Support and the instructions provided for the property. Property owners and managers may use the property evaluation or confirmed client contact channel.
