Get Help With Parking at a Specific Property

Start with the sign, notice, receipt, registration link, or instructions provided for the property. Parking rules and support providers differ by location.

Emergency or immediate danger?

For an immediate threat, crash, fire, medical emergency, or crime in progress, call 911. Accurate Monitoring is not an emergency service or law-enforcement agency.

Call 911
Choose the issue

Use the route that matches what happened.

Start with the posted process. First check whether the sign, notice, receipt, or property instructions identify Accurate Monitoring. A general call or website visit does not create parking authorization or pause a posted deadline.

Towing or immobilization

Use the provider listed at the property.

Use the phone number and company shown on the property sign, notice, receipt, or tow information. Accurate Monitoring does not claim to store, release, locate, tow, boot, or accept payment for every vehicle. If no provider is identified, contact the property manager or leasing office.

Registration

Use the property-approved registration process.

Residents, guests, and drivers with a rental or temporary vehicle should use the link, code, or instructions supplied by the property. The public AccuratePark.com website does not authorize parking. If the approved process is unavailable, contact the property or leasing office before parking.

Review registration guidance
Payments, notices, and appeals

Follow the contact and deadline printed on the record.

Use the exact channel listed on the receipt or notice. Do not use the property-evaluation form. Accurate Monitoring cannot promise a cancellation, refund, vehicle release, dismissal, or exception; authority and review procedures depend on the property and approved program.

Camera and plate data

Use the verified privacy path.

Review the Camera and License Plate Data Notice. You may contact dangell@accuratepark.com or (816) 366-7577 with the participating property, vehicle, and approximate date. Do not email identity documents, full payment-card information, access codes, or unrelated resident records. Additional verification may be requested through a confirmed method.

Existing clients

Use the channel confirmed for your account.

If that route is unavailable, call the general office with the property name, your name and role, and a short description that does not include sensitive records. Only the approved property scope and response procedures apply.

Different or unknown operator

Do not assume Accurate Monitoring controls the property.

If the property or notice identifies another company—or no Accurate Monitoring connection—contact the property manager or the operator shown on the sign or notice. Accurate Monitoring cannot access or change records for an unrelated property.

General office

Property-specific assistance is not guaranteed.

Office visits are by appointment only. Monitoring may be available 24/7/365 under a property's approved program, but the office and telephone line are not continuously staffed. Calling does not create parking authorization or pause a posted deadline.

Share only what is needed.

Have the property name and exact location, date and approximate time, and the relevant permit, payment, or notice reference ready. Share a plate, document, or image only through a confirmed property-specific channel when requested.

Never send Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, passwords, access codes, medical information, or unrelated resident records.

For property decision-makers

Own or manage a property?

The property-evaluation form is for authorized owners and managers evaluating a parking program. It is not for vehicle help, registration, payments, appeals, towing, or disputes.
