Website Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Accurate Monitoring LLC collects through AccuratePark.com, why it is used, when it may be disclosed, and how to contact us about privacy.

01

Scope and effective date

Effective August 9, 2026; last updated August 15, 2026. This policy applies to AccuratePark.com and information submitted directly through this website. Property-specific camera, license-plate, permit, payment, and parking records are also addressed in the separate Camera and License Plate Data Notice and in the applicable property program.

02

Information you provide

When you request a parking evaluation or submit a Manager Center support request, the website collects the information entered in the applicable form. This can include your name, company or role, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, property name and location, selected platform, request category and priority, account or operational references, issue details, technical context, requested access changes, towing or transaction references, and your consent to be contacted. Evaluation requests may also include property type, approximate parking-space and unit counts, current parking method, services of interest, desired timeline, and best contact time. Manager Center support does not accept file attachments; support may later request a suitably redacted screenshot through an approved channel. Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

03

Website and analytics information

Google Analytics 4 is configured on the canonical public website with advertising features and advertising storage disabled. Before analytics consent, Google may receive limited consent-denied measurement signals without analytics cookies. Allowing analytics enables fuller measurement of non-sensitive page views and interactions; choosing Essential only keeps analytics storage denied. Form contents, names, contact details, property addresses, messages, plates, images, authorization records, and parking or payment data are excluded. Analytics retention is limited to 14 months.

04

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested services, contact prospective or current clients, administer business relationships, understand website performance, improve site content and usability, protect the website and its forms, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet contractual or legal obligations.

05

Service providers and other disclosures

Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, database storage, analytics, communications, security, and other business operations. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, a property owner or manager when relevant to an authorized parking program, or a government authority, court, or other party when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address a legal claim. Accurate Monitoring does not state that website information is sold or shared for targeted advertising.

06

Retention

Unqualified website inquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Qualified, client, or Manager Center support inquiries are normally kept for the relationship plus three years. Abuse-prevention and security records are normally deleted within 90 days. Information may be preserved longer for an active contract, appeal, dispute, investigation, claim, legal hold, or other obligation. Evaluation notifications are sent only to approved Accurate Monitoring business recipients. Manager Center notifications are also sent only to approved Accurate Monitoring business recipients. These notifications may contain the submitted fields needed to review and respond. A copy of each request and limited delivery-status records are retained in the restricted website database so the company can troubleshoot processing and avoid duplicate notifications.

07

Security

Accurate Monitoring uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information handled through the website. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through website forms or ordinary email.

08

Your privacy inquiries

You may ask about website information associated with you or request a correction or deletion by emailing dangell@accuratepark.com or calling (816) 366-7577. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for a contract, security, recordkeeping, legal obligation, claim, or another lawful purpose. Rights and available responses can vary by location and the nature of the information.

09

Children, external services, and changes

The website is intended for property owners, managers, businesses, motorists, and other general users; it is not directed to children under 13. Links or embedded services supplied by other organizations are governed by their own practices. We may update this policy as the website or our practices change and will post the revised date on this page.
