01Who controls the parking program
The authorized property owner or manager approves the property’s parking rules, participating areas, eligible users, exceptions, notices, decision rights, and selected program. Accurate Monitoring performs only the administration, monitoring, documentation, reporting, or coordination assigned to it in writing.
02Enforcement, towing, security, and emergencies
Accurate Monitoring is not a law-enforcement agency, security service, emergency-response service, or towing company. It does not claim independent enforcement authority. Any warning, tow, enforcement action, or emergency response is handled under the property-approved procedure by the party with the applicable authority and responsibility. A website form, report, camera observation, plate read, or system alert does not independently authorize action.
03Monitoring and support availability
Contracted parking monitoring may be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. That does not mean the office, administrative staff, or telephone line is continuously staffed. Monitoring schedules, review procedures, escalation paths, response expectations, office availability, and support contacts are defined for the property. Office visits are by appointment only.
04Technology and vendor relationships
Named products and platforms describe systems Accurate Monitoring has experience working with or may be able to support operationally. Naming a provider does not by itself represent a partnership, certification, endorsement, affiliation, or native integration. A workflow may use direct data exchange, authorized account access, import or export, or a documented manual handoff. The actual method, permissions, vendor dependencies, costs, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.
05Cameras and license plate recognition
LPR and camera systems support parking observation and review; they can produce incomplete or incorrect information. Lighting, weather, glare, angle, motion, obstructions, plate condition, image quality, configuration, and record quality can affect results. Technology does not replace current property records, appropriate procedures, human review, or property authority.
06Service area and program availability
Maps, city pages, county pages, and references to the Kansas City planning area identify locations Accurate Monitoring is willing to evaluate. They do not guarantee service at every address. Availability depends on the property, requested program, current operating capacity, site conditions, technology, approvals, and an executed agreement.
07Results and operating conditions
Accurate Monitoring does not guarantee parking availability, compliance, violation reduction, complaint reduction, revenue, profit, utilization, resident satisfaction, technology uptime, response time, towing outcome, launch date, or another business result. Results depend on property conditions, approved rules, demand, accurate records, communications, selected systems, vendor performance, customer behavior, costs, implementation, and the responsibilities of the property and other providers.
08Website information and written agreements
Website descriptions explain potential services and operating approaches. They are not a quote, contract, legal opinion, authorization, or promise that a particular feature or procedure applies to a property. The executed agreement and approved operating documents control if they differ from the website.
