Inspect the Evidence Behind the Parking Program

Review Accurate Monitoring’s current insurance documentation, responsibility boundaries, implementation controls, reporting standards, and rules for publishing customer results.

01

Current proof you can inspect

Accurate Monitoring publishes its current commercial general liability certificate with the stated limits, policy period, and certificate notice. The certificate is evidence of insurance only; the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, endorsements, and insurer records control.

  • View the current certificate
  • $1,000,000 each occurrence shown on the certificate
  • $2,000,000 general aggregate shown on the certificate
  • Policy period July 31, 2026 through July 31, 2027
02

Responsibility is documented before activation

The authorized property owner or manager approves property rules, authority, participating areas, exceptions, and decision rights. Accurate Monitoring administers only the services selected in writing. Technology may provide records or observations, while any towing, enforcement, emergency, or public-agency action remains with the responsible provider under the applicable process.

  • Property: authority, rules, approved contacts, and exceptions
  • Accurate Monitoring: contracted administration, monitoring, documentation, reporting, or review
  • Technology providers: assigned system functions and available records
  • Separate providers and agencies: actions within their own authority and responsibilities
03

A launch requires more than a proposal

A proposal does not activate service. Before an approved program begins, the parties review authority, rules, records, signage, communications, system dependencies, staff responsibilities, support routing, privacy decisions, representative user journeys, known exceptions, and the activation decision.

04

Reporting is tied to the records the program actually creates

Available report fields, recipients, access, format, cadence, retention, and review procedures depend on the approved property program. A demonstration or proposed field is not represented as live customer data, and a report does not by itself prove that the program caused an operational or financial result.

  • Review reporting and account review
  • Live customer records are not displayed on this public page
  • Vehicle, resident, guest, payment, image, and plate information remains within the approved process
05

Customer results require evidence and permission

Accurate Monitoring will publish a customer result only after verifying the current account and scope, obtaining written permission, documenting the baseline and comparison periods, retaining the source records and calculation method, disclosing material limitations, completing privacy and legal review where needed, and receiving client approval of the final text, numbers, images, and attribution.

  • No invented or unverified client, property, quote, result, savings, revenue, response-time, violation-reduction, or accuracy claim
  • Illustrations and fictional demonstrations remain clearly labeled
  • Client, resident, motorist, vehicle, payment, credential, and security information is removed unless specifically authorized and necessary
  • An anonymized example is withheld when combined details could identify the property or people involved
06

Ask for the proof relevant to your property

During evaluation, property teams can ask which services, systems, records, responsibilities, implementation requirements, reporting categories, data controls, and limitations would apply to the proposed program. Availability and configuration are confirmed for the property rather than inferred from a general website description.
