Build the Program Before You Launch It

A workable parking program aligns property rules, authority, records, communications, responsibilities, support paths, and launch prerequisites before the approved program begins.

01

1. Discovery and property review

We begin with the facility, the people who use its parking, existing rules and records, recurring issues, operating goals, and practical constraints. The purpose is to understand the problem before recommending a program.

  • Identify an authorized property decision-maker
  • Document parking areas, user groups, current rules, and known exceptions
  • Review existing systems, vendors, records, and recurring problems
02

2. Program design and scope

Accurate Monitoring identifies the parking services, information needs, procedures, support paths, property responsibilities, exclusions, and unresolved dependencies that may fit the site. A proposal does not create a service agreement or launch authorization.

03

3. Rules and authorization confirmation

The property owner or authorized manager confirms the rules, approvals, authority, exceptions, and information that will govern the program. Accurate Monitoring can help organize an operating process, but legal conclusions remain with the property and its qualified counsel.

  • Launch gate: governing rules and authority are approved
  • Property-specific exceptions have an identified decision path
  • Questions requiring legal judgment remain with qualified counsel
04

4. Signage and communication planning

The parties identify what staff and parking users need to know, where applicable instructions should appear, and how changes will be communicated. Signage and communication requirements depend on the selected program and property; they are not identical at every location.

05

5. System and record preparation

Only the technology, records, access, and workflows included in the approved scope are configured. The property supplies accurate information through the agreed process. When cameras, plate information, payment systems, or outside vendors are involved, applicable access, notice, retention, and responsibility decisions must be addressed before collection or use begins.

  • Launch gate: required property data passes the agreed readiness review
  • Selected systems and third-party dependencies are confirmed
  • Applicable privacy, access, retention, and vendor decisions are documented
06

6. Stakeholder onboarding

Designated property staff receive the confirmed procedures, responsibilities, support information, and escalation path for the selected program. The property team directs parking users to the approved registration, payment, or support process when applicable.

  • There is no universal public registration form
  • Eligibility, allowed areas, duration, and approval rules remain property-specific
  • Training format and third-party instruction responsibilities follow the approved scope
07

7. Launch readiness and activation

Before activation, the parties review the applicable approvals, rules, data, signage, communications, systems, staff responsibilities, third-party dependencies, support paths, and documented exceptions. Launch timing varies; a realistic schedule can be established only after the property and selected program have been evaluated.

08

8. Post-launch review and controlled adjustment

After activation, Accurate Monitoring and the property team review early questions, recurring exceptions, available documentation, and practical adjustments allowed by the approved program. Changes to property rules, authority, scope, access, retention, or third-party responsibilities follow the documented approval path.

Responsibility before activation

Know What Each Party Owns

The approved agreement and property operating plan control. These roles explain the boundary; they do not create a universal service package.

01Accurate Monitoring

Administers the approved scope

Reviews readiness and performs only the registration, parking, monitoring, documentation, reporting, or review functions confirmed for the property.

02Property management

Owns property decisions

Confirms authority, approves rules and exceptions, supplies accurate records, names decision-makers, and completes property-owned communication and readiness tasks.

03Parking users

Follow the property process

Residents, tenants, guests, employees, customers, and vendors use the property-specific instructions and keep required information current through approved channels.

04Third parties

Perform assigned services

Technology, payment, signage, installation, enforcement, and other providers remain responsible for the systems or work assigned under the applicable agreement.

Important boundary: Accurate Monitoring does not unilaterally change property rules, create legal authority, grant parking eligibility, or override an approved exception process. Technology supports operations and documentation; it does not eliminate appropriate human review.

Confirm the Prerequisites Before Activation

You do not need every answer before requesting an evaluation. These items identify what may need to be resolved before an approved program can launch.

Request a Property Parking Evaluation
  • An authorized property decision-maker is identified
  • Parking areas, user groups, current rules, and exceptions are documented
  • The proposed services, exclusions, and responsibility boundaries are understood
  • Property rules, authority, and applicable legal review are complete
  • Required data is accurate, current, and supplied through the agreed process
  • Applicable systems, signage, communications, and third-party dependencies are ready
  • Staff know the operating procedure, support route, and escalation path
  • Camera or plate-data access, notice, retention, and vendor decisions are documented when applicable
  • Open exceptions have an owner and do not block authorized activation
  • The property and Accurate Monitoring have confirmed launch readiness
Common questions

Straight Answers Before You Evaluate

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the property, selected services, approvals, records, signage, communications, technology, installation needs, and third-party dependencies. Accurate Monitoring can discuss a realistic schedule after evaluating the property; there is no universal public launch timeline.

What does the property need to provide?

The exact list depends on scope. Common prerequisites may include an authorized contact, current property rules, accurate property and parking-user information, existing process or vendor details, approved exceptions, communication contacts, and applicable access or retention decisions.

Does every program require equipment or new signage?

No. Equipment and signage requirements depend on the selected program, existing property conditions, applicable rules, and approved scope.

Does Accurate Monitoring integrate with our current software?

No integration should be assumed. Existing systems and required data exchanges are evaluated property by property. Any supported integration, manual process, limitation, vendor dependency, or additional scope must be documented before it is promised.

Who approves the parking rules?

The property owner or authorized manager approves the property rules, authority, and property-specific exceptions. Accurate Monitoring can organize and administer the selected process but does not provide legal advice or unilaterally change those rules.

Is training included?

Relevant property stakeholders receive the confirmed procedures, responsibilities, escalation path, and support information for the selected program. The exact format, participants, materials, sessions, and third-party training responsibilities are defined in the property scope rather than promised universally.

Can someone register from a public website before launch?

No universal public registration creates authorization. Parking users must use the link, code, payment method, or instructions approved for their specific property and should not rely on a submission unless the applicable process confirms authorization.

What happens if records are incomplete or incorrect?

The issue should be resolved through the documented property contact and exception path before the affected element is relied upon. Accurate source data is a property dependency, and an unresolved critical data issue can delay activation.

What happens after launch?

The parties review early questions, recurring exceptions, available documentation, and practical adjustments allowed by the approved program. Reporting content and review frequency depend on the services, systems, records, and terms confirmed for that property.

Does 24/7/365 monitoring mean every service and phone line is continuously staffed?

No. Parking monitoring is available 24/7/365, but the exact monitoring schedule, services, responsibilities, response procedures, office availability, and administrative support are property-specific.
